In-app Support

The fastest way to get support is by submitting feedback from the app. You can do this by going to settings (press the gearwheel) from the home/chat screen. This will open up an email message with details about the app version you’re using.

For get support outside the app, please email us at: support@neurtureapp.com Our team strives to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours. When emailing, please provide:

  • Your name

  • A detailed description of your inquiry or issue

  • Any screenshots that might help us understand the problem (if applicable)
